Sited on the corner of Clarendon & York Streets in South Melbourne, we are at the edge of the CBD and only metres to access roads to Citylink (inner east and south-east), the Bolte Bridge (airport, Geelong, Calder Highway), and the bayside suburbs via Nepean Highway and Beach Road. The No. 112 tram travels past our front door to Spencer Street Station and turns into Collins Street - a trip of about 6 minutes.
